Decision #1 – 3 piece or 2 piece Electronic Cigarette?
The 3 piece electric cigarette comes with 3 main pieces - battery, atomizer and refillable liquid nicotine cartridge. The battery screws into the atomizer and then the atomizer screws into the cartridge. When the liquid nicotine is depleted you just take your bottle of liquid nicotine and just fill up the cartridge and then you are ready to go. The only downside to this is that sometimes you may spill the liquid nicotine but one of the main concerns is the atomizer. If the atomizer gets clogged then there will be no water vapor for the smoker to inhale and it will need to be replaced.
The 2 piece electronic is basically the same as the 3 piece. There is a battery but the atomizer is located inside of the liquid nicotine cartridge and there is no bottle of nicotine that you need to refill your cartridges but instead you get packs of cartridges that all you have to do is screw the cartridge onto the battery when you have run out of the liquid nicotine. This is a huge advantage because it is a ‘plug and play’ design and every time you replace the cartridge you get a brand new atomizer, which keeps bacteria levels low and negates the clogging issues.
